INTERNATIONAL MEDIA RECOGNITION

The Ottawa Gatineau International Auto Show is the largest automotive event in the region and one of the largest in Canada.

Automotive journalists from across Canada and parts of the United States provide coverage each year. Stories are distributed through both main stream media on TV, through Newspapers and on Radio. A growing number of automotive bloggers also attend and produce content for their websites and social media channels. Stories are seen long after our Ottawa event on TV stations including CTV, Granite Broadcasting, and on the SST Car Show across Canada and in parts of the U.S. via cable and satellite.

DIRECTLY REACH CONSUMERS WITH HIGH PURCHASE INTENT

Over half of our attendees are in the 25-45 age bracket. Those in this group are in the biggest and most active automotive consumers.

Our 2019 exit survey suggests that over half of adult attendees 25-45 representing households come to the show with high purchase intent.

We are also focused on bringing in a new generation of automotive consumers with displays and attractions such as the Hollywood Star Car Exhibit. We understand car culture and know it's that culture that helps form not only brand affinity, but loyalty that for some will last a lifetime.

TARGETED PROSPECTS

A high percentage of our attendees possess the financial means to purchase upscale products. Affluent consumers are high value prospects for exhibitors. They provide much of the momentum behind the Auto Show.

Online tracking of auto show ticket buyers reveals nearly 18% - 20% of adult show attendees in the 25-54 age bracket have interests and consumption habits that indicate upscale lifestyle and high interest in status consumer goods, along with high quality lifestyle experiences.

The bottom line is, we bring in car lovers who can afford to buy what they want, and many are ready to do just that.
