The Auto Show opens at 10:00AM on March 19, 2020.

Hours are:

March 19, 20, 21: 10:00AM – 10:00PM

March 22: 10:00AM – 5:00PM

We encourage online purchase to avoid any onsite lines. Tickets may be purchased on-site, during Show hours. Tickets will be sold online and at the show until 3pm on the final day  of the event  Accommodation, and dining information is available at Ottawa Tourism.

Cash, credit and debit are accepted on-site.

Refunds will not be issued.

It is best to attend weekdays to avoid crowds.

Yes, online tickets may be purchased with a smart phone. A bar code will be generated and scanned from your phone (you are not required to print the ticket).

Same day re-entry is permitted. Ensure you receive a hand stamp before exiting.

Yes, bags and backpacks are permitted. Bags and backpacks may be subject to search upon entry.

Facility rules prohibit pets from entering the building, unless they are service animals.

You are not able to purchase a vehicle at the Show; however, you may connect with a salesperson and complete the sale at a dealership. Accessories are for sale in the commercial marketplace.

The facility will have food and beverage service onsite. There are also several restaurants, fast food, and pubs that surround the facility and the food court at the Rideau Centre.

Facility rules prohibit outside food and beverages.

The upcoming Ottawa Gatineau International Auto Show will be March 19-22, 2020.

Due to the volume of requests, free and discounted tickets are not issued through the Show, however a number of special promotions area available. Listen to your favourite radio station for more information or check out the Ottawa Citizen, or buy tickets online and save.
